Hi, I’m Sarah.
I’ve been an Executive Assistant for over 20 years, working alongside CEOs and high-profile leaders in corporate, private, and entrepreneurial settings. Over that time, I’ve learned that being an EA is about so much more than organisation and communication—it’s about purpose, knowing the “why” behind what you do and how it contributes to the bigger picture. It’s about emotional intelligence, the ability to read the room and understand people’s unspoken needs. It’s about self-awareness, so you can show up with authenticity and balance. And it’s about cultivating an unshakable mindset, so you can always keep moving forward with calm, clarity and confidence.
Along the way, I’ve also become a Coach and Author. During Covid, I poured my passion for wellbeing into ‘modify’, a workbook that blends positive psychology, neuroscience, life design, coaching, and cognitive behavioural therapy. My aim was simple: to create something practical, relatable, and genuinely useful for everyday life.
That journey led me to create The EA Edge. It’s the culmination of everything I’ve learned—designed to help you feel better, work smarter, and achieve more with confidence. It’s also about shining a brighter light on the value of Executive Assistants and reshaping the way our profession is seen.
If you’d like to be part of the conversation, contribute to The EA Edge, or just ask a question, I’d love to hear from you.
